Like to be socially active with a group from church? Consider becoming involved with this ad hoc, informal committee of about 10 folks.
In the past our activities have included providing duffel bags for foster care kids, blessing bags for the homeless, school kits for kids in poverty and more. Our current activities include delivering treat bags to the men at Second Wind Cottages, sending notes and cards of encouragement, support for a youth in Honduras, providing meals, rides and more, as needed.
We meet and communicate regularly to encourage one another through prayer and words of encouragement to not grow weary of doing good. Come join us as we strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
